- Criminal DefenseBefore joining the Del Galdo Law Group, Attorney Huff practiced Criminal and Family Law with the Acosta Law Group. Prior to that, he was a partner for ten years at the firm of Mayer and Huff, S.C., in Menomonie, Wisconsin, practicing Criminal, Family and Municipal law. His first ten years of practice were in Chicago, Illinois, handling criminal defense matters in small and medium sized firm settings. He graduated from the John Marshall Law School in 1999.

With over twenty years of experience practicing criminal defense and municipal law in multiple jurisdictions, he has handled many hundreds of criminal matters ranging from Homicide to Driving Under the Influence (DUI), taking over forty felony and sixty misdemeanor cases to verdict. He has represented clients in family and juvenile matters, litigating in excess of forty family cases. Attorney Huff also has significant experience in various aspects of civil and municipal law. Throughout his career, he has defended countless individuals on traffic and ordinance violations, as well as prosecuted traffic and ordinance violations on behalf of municipalities.
- Wrongful DeathWon multiple summary judgments on behalf of the defense in federal §1983 wrongful death lawsuits as lead counsel, where the plaintiffs were represented by some of the top law firms in the country.
- Traffic ViolationsTiffany also was a hearing officer for traffic, parking, and building code violations for various municipalities. In some other Cook County communities, Tiffany served as the municipal prosecutor for municipal code and traffic violations.
- FraudMr. Miller has worked at all levels of government, including working for the City of Chicago Department of Law, the Consumer Fraud Division of the Illinois Attorney General, and for a Federal Judge of the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Miller began his legal career as an Associate Attorney for Proskauer Rose, LLP where he represented corporate policyholders in insurance coverage claims. Mr. Miller also has extensive experience as an Executive Director and board member of various non-profit organizations.

- MurderMr. Sullivan has extensive criminal and civil trial experience including more than 13 years serving as a criminal defense counsel in state and federal courts in Chicago, 10+ years civil trial experience as plaintiff’s and defense counsel, and 15 years as a military prosecutor. During his career, he has prosecuted or defended in excess of 70 felony criminal cases and served as plaintiff’s or defense trial counsel on numerous civil litigation matters. As a trial lawyer, he has tried over 100 cases to verdict - ranging from a 12-week capital murder General Courts-Martial to multi-week Illinois state and federal criminal and civil jury trials. Mr. Sullivan also previously served over 20 years of active duty military service with the U.S. Marine Corps as an infantry officer and judge advocate, retiring honorably as a Lieutenant Colonel in September 2012.

Mr.Luedke is a frequent lecturer on topics regarding the litigation of Illinois workers compensation claims. For more than two decades Mr. Luedke has drafted and distributed a case law update regarding recent Illinois workers compensation decisions. Mr. Luedke has litigated more than 500 Illinois workers compensation claims with many decisions in the Illinois appellate court. Mr. Luedke is a former Illinois Worker’s Compensation Commission arbitrator.
