Turner Middle School serves students in grades six through eight and is a part of Thompson School District R2-J. The school employs a staff of trained teachers, nurses, psychologists, custodians, administrators and counselors. It conducts classes in art, music, band, orchestra, foreign languages and physical education. Turner Middle School supports a range of athletic activities, such as cross country, football, basketball, swimming, wrestling, volleyball, and track and field. It also operates a student council and art, yearbook and drama clubs. Turner Middle School organizes science fairs and talent shows. In addition, it publishes a newsletter that provides information about the school s upcoming events and activities. Turner Middle School is located in Berthoud, Colo.
