I've gone to this salon since it opened, then it changed owners. I quit going there because they did my nails how they wanted, not how I asked. I decided to give them another try and the male owner did a wonderful job. I went again and a different man did my nails. He goofed around for 10 minutes while I was waiting for him, then after grinding on my nails for over 30 minutes, I started worrying about how long it was taking and told him that I had another appointment and had to leave in 30 minutes. I felt that I had allowed a sufficient time of 1 hour, 15 minutes to get a rebase. He said he couldn't do that because it takes a long time. I was in his chair for an hour and 45 minutes. My hands were so sticky from all the purple liquid he used, even dripping on the wrist rest, he never tried to hurry so I could make my next appointment, and never offered an apology. I will never go back to this place. It is not as clean as when the previous owner was there and not as professional.

This is the most awful place I have been to!!! They gave me an awful fungus and then blamed me for it!!! They did nothing for me and let me walk out without even a sorry. My whole nail fell off and the under the nail was black and green!
