Do not go here. They are intent on extracting money from you with bogus services and products. Dr. Casaus is condescending and likes to keep people waiting to make herself feel important. Little integrity.

Best eye exam I have ever had. Great selections for glasses. Love my new ray bans. Still can't believe how great my eye exam was. I'll be coming here for all my eye care needs.

The wait times at this office are extremely long. Staff are courteous but not well trained in conducting tests and using testing equipment and a couple of them wear way too much cologne and perfume. Be prepared to spend at least 2 to 3 hours for your first appointment. Definitely not worth the wait.

I agree with the first review. This company is run by idiots that have no professionalism and no work ethic. They run their business by taking advantage of hard working people and do not have any problem when it comes to charging up the bill for unnecessary and incorrect charges. The location is filthy and there were cockroaches crawling up the wall. The temperature was freezing in building and they did not seem to have heat in there even though it was snowing outside. They had us waiting like 2 hours to get seen and when we went back the doctor seemed rushed and not paying attention to our needs. They prescribed my husband the wrong prescription which made his eyesight worsen. Overall, this experience was by far the worst experience and we will definitely NOT return.

people DO NOT visit or call or think of going to The Vision Stre on 140 E. US Hwy 550 Ste E in Bernalillo NM 87004... this place is SCUM... the doctor is an ignorant person who has no professionalism and no idea what the heck it is to run a business... They are obviously some idiots who purchased there so called "license" at a gas station or wal-mart.... DO NOT GO THERE they will take advantage of yuo (even though you have medicaid) !!

This company over billed my insurance , and over billed me after I received my statement I was shocked...When I went to discuss this with the office manager , she said she would take care of it , well it has been more than a year now . I sent a letter to The Doctor / Owner and phone calls with no response to date.Be careful to get a firm written quote

I went in to get glasses, they over billed me & my Insurance company. They also refused to refund the amount due to date. Dr.Casuas was sent a letter in the mail about this and several phone calls , no response to date.
