Make sure you read the fine print, or is it even on the bill?? I pre-paid my $150 appointment in cash at their request because I don't have vision coverage only to get a bill 2 months later for an additional $125 facility fee. I have never in my 50 years paid a doctor's rent to have a routine eye exam. I will NEVER visit this facility again.
