- Traffic ViolationsOur firm has extensive practice experience appearing in local municipal courts. Several of our attorneys have experience as public defenders. Cases of this nature involve traffic offenses such as careless or reckless driving and speeding through driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We have handled innumerable cases in municipal court involving disorderly offenses such as harassment, theft, possession of drugs and other offenses. Our attorneys are well respected by the courts and prosecutors and are therefore able to obtain very favorable outcomes for our clients in local courts. Our fees are typically a flat fee and are always fair.

- MurderPhil has defended many individuals who were wrongly accused, including obtaining a dismissal of a murder charge against a juvenile client by successfully obtaining a suppression of an illegally obtained confession from an unrepresented juvenile in the New Jersey Supreme Court. Also, Phil was successful in obtaining an acquittal for a woman charged with arson where the state’s case was based upon questionable science practices, the jury returning a verdict of “not guilty” in 30 minutes of deliberation after a month long trial. This matter gained national attention with Phil giving interviews to “60 minutes” as well as local news stations.
