Awful customer skills. Very unresponsive and unreliable. I am extremely disappointed that a world famous company like LG is represented by this guy. I have been dealing with him for a month now and my dishwasher is still unattended. He never answers his phone and does not return the calls. I think it is unacceptable when you have to call LG customer service in order to get in touch with him. Never in a million years I would recommend this guy to anyone!!!!
