I made a purchase from Grim Reaper through their ebay store, I ordered within the amount of days necessary for my items to arrive for the event I needed them for. Checked my tracking and they sent it to a completely different address and state. Terrible company!!!

How can you expect to run an excellent business if you don't have any concern for your business? I've called the number listed numerous times & I've also sent the email as directed on your website & I got no response. All I needed was the store hours; you can't expect to run a business & be successful if you don't make any effort.
