The place to go for ABUSE along with service, Weatherford BMW.
I have never had service like I got from THIS dealership.

5:30pm I got a flat tire going to the city. I was able to pull of the West Grand Ave exit in Oakland. I called up the dealership because I needed to figure out what was covered in my warranty.

I called once and the receptionist put me on hold for a service manager. I told her I had a flat tire and was sitting in Oakland. What she didn't tell me is that they were closing in 20 minutes. I found that out much later.

I'm on hold for 5 minutes so I called back and was put on hold again. I called back and was put on hold again. I called sales and asked if someone would please get a service manager on the phone. At this point I'm livid and just need to talk with someone who can check my coverage. Natalia really didn't care that I have now called 4 times for service and NO ONE is taking the time to get me to a Service manager and NO ONE is showing concern that I'm stranded in Oakland and trying to pick up my kid in the SF. And NO ONE is bothering to mention that the service department is closing in 5 minutes.
Now it's almost 6pm. So I try once again to call BMW service department. I get Debbie who is more callous than Natalia. She doesn't bother to tell me that they are closing in a few minutes but gives me the number for roadside assistant. Even if I got my car towed to them. THEY ARE CLOSING. She knows I'm trying to get to SF to pick up my daughter. She knows there is no way they are going to fix my car tonight or be able to get me the details of my warranty. Why not just give me that information?

So if that is the type of customer service you are into, go ahead and take your vehicle to Weatherford BMW in Berkeley. Enjoy the snarky, callous receptionists and the general lack of customer service. It's the best place to go for those who enjoy emotional abuse with their car maintenance. There service department will surely deliver.

Great direct, no nonsense sales experience through the we with Chris Phan. No pressure. Easy and honest finance conversation with David Manalo made for a quick process. The exceptional walk thru of the myriad of options with James was very useful.

I was in the market for a CPO BMW in May. I contacted their Internet sales department as they seemed to have one of the higher inventories in the Bay Area, especially for 3-series 'verts. I was routed to Chris Phan and that is where the "fun" began. Through a weeklong series of emails, Chris tried every sleazy hard-sell tactic in the book to get me to come in to the dealership. As a professional salesperson myself, I tend to find these antics annoying and tacky. I live 30 miles from the dealership so I was hoping to at least get a reasonable price negotiated prior to committing multiple hours on a scouting trip. Chris didn't seem to understand or appreciate this and instead tried to lure me into the dealership. I guess in used car sales 101 the handbook says that they aren't real buyers if they aren't in the door!

Andy Lukaszewski helped me and my wife find the perfect car for our family. He was friendly and knowledgable. When it came time to negotiate he was up front and honest. He gave us a great deal on the car and didn't waste our time going back and forth. The best part was after the sale he was there to help us with accessories and even detailed our car when we came in for an unrelated thing.

When I purchased my Audi at another dealership it was more of rushed process where I never really felt my business was all that appreciated (apparently others thought the same because the Audi dealer is a 1/3 the size now). Weatherford has been prompt in replying to any questions I have about my car and has always taken the time to follow up to see how I'm doing. Overall I've been extremely happy with my purchase and my interactions with Weatherford. They've definitely gained another loyal customer.

Once we got back to the shop I was convinced that the 335i was indeed the car I'd been wanting. Paul put together some paperwork, and Jenn was able to promptly give me a reasonable trade in on my Audi and workable finance options. Once I made the deal I moved on to work with David in finance. He got me taken care of quickly and made me feel good about my purchase. One thing I noticed throughout the process is how thorough Weatherford is in taking care of the customer.

It's a BMW enthusiast dream garage. Since I knew which car I wanted Paul promptly found it for me and we took it for a test drive. The best part of the test drive was how easy going Paul was and the fact that they didn't waste my time trying to get me into a different car. I didn't feel that he was trying to force the sale on me and I felt our conversation was genuine.

Walked into Weatherford looking for a specific car that I'd seen online. Jenny greeted me with a warm smile, listened to what I was looking for and introduced me to Paul in their sales department. Paul brought me over to their massive warehouse. You got to visit just to take a look at their inventory.

Ali listened to my needs and helped me look at a few cars that met them. After he spent time with me driving them, we sat down and went over the numbers in depth. He was honest and truthful from start to finish. The dealership has advertised specials on their website that are 100% true and accurate. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a brand new car. They put the rest of the Bay Area BMW dealerships to shame.

They worked so hard to make sure that the finance process goes well. He was willing to go to the Post Office really late to drop off the paperwork to my parents to sign the paperwork. Unfortunately, the financial manager made a minor mistake on the paperwork yet they made an exception for me to take the car while the paperwork was in the mail being sent to my parents. While I was on the road to the east coast, Darek checked up with me a few times to see if my car is running okay and to see if I need any help from him. It shows me that he really cares about their customers unlike other dealerships! Darek definitely made his dealership looks fabulous! Thanks to Darek, John, and James!

What an amazing dealership! I walked into Weatherford BMW looking for a car that will suit me. They showed me the diesel car, I was not sure about it because I will relocate to the east coast and diesel might not be a good fit for the city. A few days later, I came back to see the diesel car to see if I still want it. They came to see me and helped me understand more about the diesel. I asked him if I can test drive the 328i (loaded), They arranged everything which amazed me! He gave me the "VIP" test drive. He even understood the first time bmw buyer's feelings and listened to everything of what I had to say. After he spent time with me driving them, we sat down and went over the numbers in depth.
