This meditation has been really helpful for me! Recently I feel so much more at peace in my life and I feel a lot more vigor in my life. I would love to see some new faces there any day!

I am quite excited about this meditation. The method is so logical and I can see mind mind changing so quickly. I have so much less useless thinking and peacefulness is becoming a standard in my life instead of struggling!

I have been doing Maum Meditation for two years now and from the very first week I started seeing my mind become clearer. Living has become joyfully simple unlike the life I lived before which felt void of meaning and filled with restless thinking. I have been continuously amazed at how much deeper the meditation goes. I was so grateful for the freedom that was found in my mind after a week, but since then the results have become a hundredfold. I'd wish for everyone to live joyfully without dependence on conditions like money, social status, love, having a position of authority or anything that one thinks one needs to be happy. Thank you :)
