They snake drains that others can not clear and they are reliable and have been around for a long time. The also give a military and senior discount to their customers.
The service tech just left my house and did a great job of clogging my kitchen sink. He arrived on time and gave me a military discount besides accepting my AMEX card.

I called this Roto Rooter franchise to come to my home to fix a slow drain. Not only was the "plumbing expert" they sent unable to clear the pipes, he also left my tub in disrepair and filled with brown, rusty water. Worse yet, the tub became completely backed up and did not drain at all after he left. I was charged $191.93 for what amounted to nothing more than a failed attempt at snaking my drain, as well as leaving me in a worse position.
I spoke to the franchise owner, Jack Branciforte, about my unsatisfactory experience. Jack's customer service skills are non-existent, marked by abruptness and an overall rude tone. When I told him I was unhappy with the condition in which his worker left my bathroom, Jack told me it was “unfortunate” that I had a clogged drain and he couldn't do anything to help me.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your plumbing needs.
Roto Rooter came to my sister's home in Alpine and they were very Fast and very Clean - when they snaked our septic tank line. The last company was not clean - I will only use Roto Rooter now.

Awful service. They came to snake out my sewer pipe, and within 34 days the pipe was backed up and flooded my brand new basement. The supervisor showed no sympathy, and was extremely nasty on the phone. He said they would not come back because I only have a 30 day guarantee. (Offered me a 10% discount to come again).
I wish I had read all the negative reviews before calling them. Hopefully, others don't make the same mistake.
