I have to say I'm very disappointed with the level of service that I received using Molly Maid of Bergenfield. Initially the supervisor was very pleasant and assured us of top notch service. After our first cleaning we found a window blind was left wide open and a window was left unlocked. We live on the ground floor so that is an unacceptable safety and security issue. We alerted the supervisor to the security breaches and he apologized and assured us that it would not happen again. After today's cleaning, we were shocked to find 2 window blinds left open, a 3rd window blind knocked completely off the window and not returned and 2 windows left UNLOCKED! When told about this, the supervisor was nonchalant and offered an apoloty but no rememdy. It has left a very sour taste in our mouths and we are no longer using Molly Maid's services. So if the safety of your home isn't a concern, use Molly Maids. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere for service with integrity.

All I can say is be very careful. The person giving the estimate was very pleasant and so were the ladies who cleaned our apartment. But beware, during the first cleaning they left a window unlocked. This is a security concern for us because our apartment is on the ground floor and we have been robbed in the past. When we brought this to the attention of the man who gave us the initial estimate, he said he would pass that information along to the cleaning crew. On the third cleaning, TWO windows were left unlocked and the blinds were OFF of one window and left open on two other windows. Obviously, we were upset. When we called our contact person at Molly Maids, he didn't react with any sense that this was important. He didn't offer another cleaning crew, or even offer an apology and refund the fee. So because of his lack of concern, we asked him to drop off our key and cancel the service to which he said he couldn't do that. If we wanted our key back we would have to come get it.

I could not be present while my house was cleaned so my parents came by. They charged my parents more than I was quoted. My parents paid the remainder in cash. The manager was rude to me telling me that cash was never received. When I asked him if he was part of the crew that was present to know whether or not cash was paid he replied well were you there!? He had a very bad attitude when I was trying to inform him that his staff may be pocketing extra cash. And no receipt was offered to my parents to which he told me they refused to sign off of the bill. Which is not true.I would never let them in my house again in fear of what other shady business might be going on.
