Romeo's Pizza on Bagley has horrible customer service. They have gotten our order wrong on numerous occasions (not just ours either as we found out later). & They have said they would rectify it, but when we came to claim our pizza they claimed we never reported it because it wasn't in their "book" that they write down all complaints in. They even accused us making up the incident to receive a free pizza. And this is after we were loyal customers and had ordered from them every week for months. Not anymore! I will happily take my business to the hundreds of other pizza places in the Cleveland area.
