I would have to agree with the previous review, that the sales manager (Shawn) was wonderful to deal with. The whole transaction from beginning to end was easy on my part. The sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful. They really helped me to feel at ease in finding the right car and they were able to help me get financing. My title and other paperwork came right on time. Good people.

I went to Berea Auto Mall and talked to Shawn about a Dodge Neon, I test drove the car and the breaks needed adjusting, he was suppose to call me regarding this matter but never did, so I went else where.

I recently bought a car at Berea Auto Mall; the salesman (Shawn) didn't pressure me, he just showed me some cars that matched my criteria and let me make up my own mind. The car has since performed flawlessly, and it will probably last me for years; but when it finally needs to be replaced, I'll definitely go back to Berea Auto Mall.
