Promise equipment back in 10 days. Three weeks later, five trips to Berea, a repair bill of $260 on two different pieces of equipment.....Neither piece worked!!! Chainsaw would not start. The reason it was taken in. They were told it would run 2-3 minutes and quit and not re-start. NOW it will not start at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS SHOP!!!!! Would not let me rate zero stars. Do not want to rate even one star.

Mediocre and over priced equipment repair shop (can't be reached by phone) store personnel make it quite clear that helping you find something is really a lot of trouble especially when they are chatting with their friends or on their cell phones. I've been there for my last time.
