going on two years i have lived here and have seen the maintance and grounds go down. last painting of buildings was very sloppy and poor. also no rewards program available to long term residents. almost hi t a few times by speeding golfcarts as postings are not upheld.also if you have kids be careful of speeding cars which speed limit is not enforced.
