after 2 years ,went for my annual exam. told them I wanted to skip x-rays as I have no problems and have not had any for 40 years. was told after 20 minutes of waiting that it is protocol, I said no matter I do not need x-rays. came back saying if I get the x-rays she will skip the exam part till next visit. I agree,then another guy comes out and says if we cannot do exam we will give you your file and leave. so I left, they are not very friendly, nor are the cleanings done throughly in my opinion. they just want the money.
