General Info
In November 1975, Bud Wade opened M&W Tire to serve Berrien County and set in motion a legacy of honesty, integrity, customer service and community support. As a founding member of the BestOne Tire and service network M&W helped create the values now held by all members. M&W is a third generation family business that puts the customer first in all areas of business. Overcoming two suppliers recalls to its core brand in a city that has been one of the toughest hit economies in the state. Every year the family at M&W attends training and all the technicians are Michigan, ASE and Bosch certified. 3 of the 4 technicians are Bosch Master Techs. Sales people are involved in annual customer service training, book reports and "raise the bar" brainstorm sessions. M&W hosts retreats to places to build team work like water parks and baseball games to name a few. Employees are family and treated as such. With the honor of being an AAA approved facility come the annual review to which M&W has attained a 98% customer satisfaction index. A Bosch approved facility and BBB A+ rating is also on the list of accreditation's. The waiting area for customers include a big screen TV, coffee, cookies, fruit, popcorn, soda, Wi-Fi, shop viewing window and a computer to browse the web. If a guest should decide to drop their car the free shuttle service or free loaner car would be an option. Connection to the community is important and M&W Tire makes this a priority. With several give back programs for local schools, charities and sports programs M&W will donate cash, time and services. In 2014 money raised will help send a local band to France to represent Michigan and the United States at the D-Day Normandy invasion 70th anniversary.

No, I don't work there. My relatives don't work there. Just wanted to explain there's no bias. I brought my car in (had appt) and waited. Now, waiting rooms in repair shops are usually scary, but this one had an assortment of chairs including wingback living room styles. There were 2 bar height tables with stools (these had a back on them for comfort), a TV, a PC station, popcorn, and coffee. The restoom was clean. The towels were individually arranged-- some sort of high grade shop towel that I didn't want to throw away when I was done. Price was fair. I heard the folks dealing with a variety of customers, & the honesty was refreshing. My dealership told me I needed new brakes, and I needed them right away. I chose not to have the work done there. A few months later I had this appt at M & W for unrelated repairs. When I was paying the bill they told me the front brakes were at about 25% and I'd probably want to get that done in a few oil changes. Nice! I'll be back!
