This is my review for this company. And these are facts with paper work to back it up.....I let tackett auto put spark plugs in my car. Cost! $300 bucks........They broke a bolt off one of the spark plug packs and didnt say nothing to me. But yet called and said it was ready. By time I got home I seen my car wasnt running right. Thats when I notice the bolt broke. The owner said he would take care of it. And 4 months later has done nothing. I had it fixed my self and only asked him for the parts money back. Which was only $30 bucks. And lets just say I had to file a police report over His response to me and what he said in regards to this issue. I would not recommend this shop to no one. Because they will screw you out of your money or your car........Legal notice!!!!!!This is a review from a actual customer.....Nothing personal.......
