Angie Grant Elementary school, based in Benton, Ark., offers classes to kindergarten through fifth grade students, with more than 30 certified staff members and over 15 classified staff members. It offers a range of subjects that include science, math, English, history, social sciences and computers. The school operates under the aegis of the Benton School District that provides a range of sporting activities, including basketball, volleyball, soccer, golf, baseball, softball, tennis and track and field events. Angie Grant Elementary school also provides programs for gifted students with high potential whose educational needs, learning characteristics and abilities require different educational experiences and services that are not provided for in the regular instructional program.
