8We deeply regret our decision to allow this company into our home. We had them refinish our hardwood floors and install flushmount vents. The dampers were sealed shut and the inserts sealed in place. We have been waiting 6 weeks for them to fix our vents including 2 weeks that they have had them removed so we have gaping holes with splintered wood with a crawling baby in the house. Communication is severely lacking with unreturned texts and phone calls and failure to get in touch or show up when they've said. We have finally decided to have a different company fix their mistakes. There are countless imperfections in the floor including handprints, footprints, and debris stuck to the floor, and the nosing looks like a first time job (uneven staining, gouges from poorly scraping), not the work of someone who has been in the industry for 20 years. When I pointed out these issues I was told "sometimes wood takes stain differently" and "you're just seeing the wood grain." Unfortunately, we paid in full as they took 7 days to complete a 3-4 day job and we were ready to clean up the mess, move in to our home, and be able to put the baby down.
Amazing customer service and they go above and beyond the call of duty! Very reasonable pricing as well!
I called on a Monday and the owner was able to see me the very next day, what I liked was the convenience of them meeting me at my discretion the next day which was very cool, better yet I wasn't put on one of those long waiting lists, they were out in the next 2 business days, Great Job Guys! I would recommend the company to friends and family,
