I placed an order before the second week in March two weeks later I still had not received my order. Left voicemail messages and emails finally I was contacted at the beginning of April just to be told my order had not shipped yet!

Ordered books from them and never received them. I finally called them after sending 2 emails with no response, did not get a call back until I filed a dispute with PayPal then I got a call telling me the books were out of stock and would be back in stock in a couple of days. This was after waiting almost a month to get my order. He had the nerve to ask what I wanted him to do - refund my money or send me the books. Too funny, of course send me my money back. Such poor customer service, couldn't even be bothered to respond to my emails. I would have given a minus number of stars if it were possible. If other people are having this problem- how does he stay in business? Beware!

DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM THAT U WANT ..THEY NEVER HAVE IT AND THEY WONT EVEN CALL U AND SAY I DONT HAVE IT .yOU HAVE TO CALL THEM .,.HE SHPULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS ..HE HAS NO BUSINESS SKILLS ..THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I ORDERED AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER AFTER WAITING OVER A WEEK...IF U WANT YOUR ORDER ....DONT CALL THEM
