Have been receiving Botox injections for over 5 years now. Have never had a problem and was always thrilled with the results. Went to do Dr. Scarlett 2 weeks ago for Botox in my forehead for the first time. I now have a completely frozen forehead with no expression in my eyes. I am having headaches because I am trying to use muscles that are paralyzed. My eyes look sunken in.
