went to staples to get laptop repaired had it for a week got it back worked fine for a week problem came back took it back spent more money problem still remained took it back repaired it again problem came back has been back to staples several times after problem still remains final time in tech said I would have to pay for another diagnostic plus for the part that was originally bad if that was the case After declineing tech tried to sell me another computer in other words the wanted to milk it and make money was so fed up went to best buy and purchased a new unit staples only appears to be interested in making a buck
