Troy is absolutely phenomenal. You will never find a better helpful professional wonderfully knowledgeable man than him. He actually fixed my vacuum on the phone in another state and walk me through it. What kind of people nowadays help you like that? Neutral/Drive Pedal fell off my Kirby G6- I called Kirby of Bensalem and was able to gain an appointment the next day with Troy. I was able to stay while he fixed it and he also gave me a few tips that I was not aware of. Thanks Troy!

Talk about having someone repair your Kirby vacuum cleaner who's both knowledgeable about all aspects of the Kirby, as well as being an A+ guy, that's Troy. To make things even better, he fixed our Kirby while my husband and I waited. We did have to make an appointment in advance, but it was well worth it.
While there, we also got a tutorial that was even better than the guy who sold it to us some years ago. Trust me, there are not many people I would give an A+ rating to, but Troy deserves it. He was a true professional, as well as very nice person and super helpful. To make things even better, we didn't lose the shirts off our backs after our Kirby was repaired.
Out hats go off to Troy. He's got our business!

What a Great Experience!
I took my 50+ year old Kirby to Troy to go over it’s performance, it was just a little sluggish, like it’s owner. I was unaware of Kirby’s Rebuild Policy. Troy explained it and then even packed it for me for shipping to Cleveland. Wow it came back gorgeous all shiny and beautiful. The motor purrs and has various sounds that I was not attuned to. Troy is a wonderful business man. The only money he took from me was for 2 belts that I purchased the first day.
If you are a Kirby owner, lucky you. If not buy one from Troy at Kirby of Bensalem.
