I would not recommend Citizens to anyone. The communication and customer service was terrible. It has been 2yrs. and I am finally getting my holdback amount now. The only reason I am getting it is because I made a phone call to my insurance company. I thought this was their job to represent me. I have had 2 people in the past year ask me for a public adjuster I would never let someone go through what I went through. There is so much that has happened over the past 2 yrs with them it is to much to write. You have been warned and I would go somewhere else.

My first experience with Citizens was after my home was completely destroyed by a fire. I was so satisfied with the settlement that they negotiated with my ins. company that I did not hesitate to contract them again when my home was badly damaged by a windstorm over this winter. Both of the adjusters that handled my claims were very knowledgable and had years of experience in the industry. The owner of the company was hands on and I was confident that he would accept nothing less than the maximum amount that I was entitled to. In the future, I would not hesitate to refer family or friends to Jerry Sacco and Citizens Public Adjusters.

We too had a similar experience as anonymous! This group is no different than street thugs. Still waiting for our money after 2 plus months AND 4 distinctly different answers on when our check was sent! DEPLORABLE! DO NOT TRUST. I have yet to receive a return phone call. I must repeatedly call them to get lied to.

I had a flood in my house and thought that citizen could help not only did they not get me what they initally stated. Check from insurance company was given in July and It's November I have het to receive the check from Citizen. Horrible customer service. I have called about 30 and have escalated this to a manager who scheduled a meeting with me Monday. I was stood up. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

I used Citizens when I had a devastating fire at my home. I thought that I could obtain enough money to fix my house on my own, but I soon found out that I was wrong. With Citizens representing me, my insurance company settled my claim in a fair way. The services this company rendered were exceptional and I will recommend them to any of my friends or family members in the event that they should have such a loss! A+++
