I watched the staff there treat a family horribly for making the decision to put there 20 year old cat down that had cancer. Couldn't eat was vomiting and urinating on a daily basis. I wanted to leave and contact my vet who respects the decision of pet owners that cared enough to do this properly rather then an alternative way. They were paying for there family member to be euthanized a service that they offer! Why offer the service then? This was a hard enough decisions for them it was obvious with tears in there eyes. The funny part was I took my first puppy to this vet maybe 20 years ago and left after first appt. cause they were awful then. These people put them through it so I just wanted someone to be aware. I hope no one ever has that same experience there again. I would have walked out.

Dr. Moyer and the staff at Bridgewater are excellent! They are always friendly, kind, and caring. They know what they're doing and the prices are very fair. My cat recently suffered from dental pain and urgently needed to have some of her bad teeth extracted. She could barely eat. After an emergency weekend trip to CARES (an emergency 24/7 vet hospital in Langhorne), I was told testing, surgery, and x-rays would run anywhere from $2-4000!! In addition, our kitty was at high risk for anesthesia because she has a significant heart murmur. I was devastated. We followed up that Monday with Dr. Moyer, our regular family vet at Bridgewater, He scheduled her for surgery the next day. She came through anesthesia just fine and is better than ever!! AND our total bill was only about $400!! (A far cry from $2-4 thousand!) This included surgery, all of her post-op medicine, nail clipping, AND her rabies vaccine. I highly recommend Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital!!
