Terrible dry cleaning experience. My item returned with a stain made worse by the service. I was still made to pay full price for the service even though my item was trashed. The manager, Jo, was incredibly rude and disrespectful and asked if I wanted to "take her picture too" when I shared that I would be making honest public reviews of my experience. Then said, "I'm not even supposed to be here. I was supposed to be gone hours ago to pick up my kids" (note: it was pretty early in the day) when I remarked at her unprofessional behavior. I paid $14 for nothing but stress. I recommend bringing your dry cleaning elsewhere. They don't even do it onsite here. They ship it out and if there is a problem they will just offer you the phone number of the actual dry cleaner. Skip the hassle and go directly to an actual dry cleaner.

About the laundromat itself, the place stinks like cigarettes because clients smoke right next to the front doors, which are propped open and there's not much parking available.
