Thompson did a system installation for us and were fantastic, timely and super friendly and helpful . Not sure what has happened but we have had problems with some leaking recently and they have been just downright rude and impossible to deal with. They don't show up when they say they are going to and when you call to inquire what is going on they act like you are bothering them for calling them for service. Go elsewhere.

I had a tremendously positive experience with Thompson Pump. The owner, Greg Smith, is more than available to help. He took the time to draw up a irrigation system, including help on the electrical side of it - so I could install it myself. They also hooked up a 3 party well - with a 5 hp well pump and 3 1 hp pumps in the sistern. Everything is operating perfectly. I continue to use them as my "go to" people for anything related to water, pumps and advice.

Kimball went above and way beyond getting my pump on my domestic well back up and running.

Not sure if they are "too" busy in the spring to send out there good techs. We had a pump next to our pond that would not maintain pressure head. they came out THREE times and it does not maintain pressure still. Wow, is this what to expect from central oregon?
