Major work was done on my Forrester May 2015. I found the premises very clean, loaner cars good, the work was complete and done satisfactorily, as well as on time. The business was good to communicate any concerns and not do any additional work without my approval, and there was no pressure tactic. Overall, I am likely to return for continued service.
