I got referred to Bend Property Management by a good friend, that uses them also. SO far, the experience has been excellent. My situation is a bit more touchy since I am out of state and really depend on the property management company to be my eyes and ears, so to speak. I would also refer them to anyone I knew that has property in Bend, Oregon.

Not your typical property management company. They showed compassion in my situation and I'm very thankful. I'm very happy to have found them.

This company is very unprofessional! I have not rented from this company (thank God) but was in the process of viewing a possible rental house managed by them, not only did I take time off work to view the house and planned a day to do so, when we arrived at the estate the house was in way worse shape than the pictures led to believe the yard was run down gutters were falling off pet urine on carpets, and that's just the start. When we arrive to the showing agreed to be at 4pm there were around 5 different groups in the estate at the same time, the lady showing the house was unprepared for questions about utilities and maintenance, and we were all rushed out before 4:30pm so we had little time to look around. once we were done looking at the estate we were informed if we were interested we would need to fill out application forms, so as I was in dire need of a house I went to fill out form were I found several of the other interested party's were all crammed in their small office once I was about all the way done with the paperwork all of us were informed it had to be completed by 5pm, mind you that's an hour after the showing, and then proceeded to tell everyone we would need pay stubs present. at that point I handed the lady my paper and asked her to shred it. I would go beyond not recommending them, I will warn you find a company that does business the right way.

DO NOT rent from this mgmt company unless you are one of those, i dont give a sh*t type of people! The only positive thing coming from the company as been fast and proper maintenance repairs! Normally, that type of thing is such a plus and something I look for! That being said, the carpets have obviously been urinated on by animals throughout the house. Upon last tenant move out, the carpets had a "scented" treatment. Upon showing me the home, they had opened all the windows and said the perfume smell would fade. It did, eventually, and now everyone can smell the urine!! Additionally, in tenant disputes they do nothing! The neighbor has been intentionally blocking my driveway with their trash can (Im talking center of the driveway) and three reports later, the mgmt company was rude and basically said there was nothing they could do! I call BS! You can call the jerks next door and tell them NOT TO BLOCK the driveway! They would get towed if they parked there, but the trash can cant be towed, so Im expected to move it myself!
