ABOUT NEW HOPE PAINTING



The New Hope Painting team is experienced in all facets of residential painting, including interior and exterior house painting, lacquer and enamels, epoxy floors, and deck refinishing.



Jose L. Garcia founded New Hope Painting in 2005 after working as a painting contractor for several years in Central Oregon. In the beginning, Jose simply wanted a better lifestyle for his family — his parents and his children, Quentin, now 10, and Brooklyn, now 7. But New Hope Painting quickly grew, and Jose found he loved the work so much he put his passion and soul into every project.



That’s how he still operates today. Jose, who served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman from 1997 to 2000, has dedicated New Hope Painting to the memory of his father who was tragically murdered in 2010. Jose runs New Hope Painting with the compassion, integrity and high work ethic his father showed every day of his life.



Although New Hope Painting started out as a one-man operation, Jose now employs a crew of three experienced residential painters. The New Hope Painting team is experienced in all facets of residential painting, including interior and exterior house painting, lacquer and enamels, epoxy floors, and deck refinishing. Jose loves seeing the change his team brings to a home, from the time he meets the customer, through the hard work of scraping, caulking and painting, to the end result.



When he’s not painting, Jose is usually at Central Oregon Community College, where he takes EMT classes, or at the adult foster home his mother runs, where he takes the residents on walks or just spends time with them. Through his EMT classes, he has gained a greater awareness of the residents’ needs and health concerns.
