The process of birth involves a trusting relationship between the parents, birth team and baby. Preparation for birth can be overwhelming, scary and miraculous all on the same day. However, the choices you make during pregnancy will directly impact the kind of birth you will have and it is the responsibility of the parents become aware of them. Not knowing your options is not having them and education is empowering and diminishes fear. My goal is to give you the options and knowledge to have the gentle birth you desire. Interested?
