On a visit to Bend last week, after having moved away two and one half years ago, I made an appointment at Kenyon Audiology for a hearing test and hearing aid servicing. Dr. Janet Kenyon treated me like I had never moved and did an excellent job of testing my hearing and making adjustments to my hearing aids. She also gave me good tips for care and wearing my hearing aids.The technician did a thorough job of cleaning and adjusting my hearing aids during my appointment. No mailing or return visits to pick up my hearing aids. Quick and professional service!My visit to Kenyon was professional and friendly. Glad I was able to visit Bend and Kenyon.

7 years ago i had only 1 in ear hearing aid and it got this huge hole in it. i called the place i got the hearing aid and they said they would have to send it off to be repaired and the cost would be $200 just have them look at it plus the repairs. They said it would be a week or 2 before i would get it back. I could not go without hearing for 2 weeks. I started calling around. No one could just fix it. Then I got Kenyon. It was a Friday afternoon and the man said bring it in. Everyone was gone but him and the other tech. They would wait for me. I brought it in and they fixed it right then and there in minutes. He charged me nothing. They cleaned it too, I could not believe it. I have been going to them ever since. I bought one of their hearing aids a few years later. It is awesome. Works great. Better then the name brand hearing aid I had. They are right there and instantly fix any thing that comes up. They had to keep it once and gave me a loner BTE to use. They are high quality hearing aids. The people are friendly, caring, and honestly want to help you. They are very reasonable in what they charge for replacement parts. If you need hearing aids I highly recommend Kenyon audiology. If you need your hearing aid repaired you will not find a better place to go in Central Oregon. Instant repairs at a reasonable cost with friendly people. Thats not easy to find in this day and age. Thank You Kenyon Audiology!
