For us selecting and buying our appliances was easy because Johnson Bros' sales expert Tammy made it so. But having issues with either the mechanics or installation can be nerve recking not knowing where to turn. Yet, without hesitation Tammy advocated on our behalf with the manufacturer and set up a service provider, including a loaner fridge until the manufacturer agreed to a replacement. Without Tammy's hand-holding we would have been lost. Later in the year I realized there were cosmetic damage to the washer and dryer but I couldn't tell if it was because of a delivery or install mishap or from the upper cabinet's installation. Daniel in Johnson's repair depart didn't hesitate to help us secure a joint sharing of cost to replace the the washer and dryer hoods. He also kept us constantly updated over a 10 month backorder parts delay. What great customer service! Joe, their master installer and repair expert, has become a familiar and friendly face at our house. He answers all our goofy questions and provides tips on maintaining our appliances. What a compliment and excellent representation of great customer service by Tammy, Daniel and Joe. Thank you all for your continual hand-holding and dedicated follow through. We tell all our neighbors and friends "Don't rely on the manufacture's warranty. Invest in Johnson Bros company warranty. You'll have the Johnson Bros team backing you up and eliminating any stress or concerns when issues, as appliance electronics easily can these days, come up. Relax. You're in excellent hands.

I went into the store, knowing...

I went into the store, knowing what I wanted and I waited to be helped. After being ignored for awhile, they had the new guy help me. The salesman was new but courteous and helped me decide if my installation plans would work. I had already spoke with a heating and sheetmetal company and an engineer about my plans. Other than the new guy having some difficulty getting answers to my questions from other employees, everything was fine.



When I went to pick-up the item, the salesman told me the manager wanted to speak to me. Not realizing I was being ambushed, I answered a couple of rather rude questions about my installation plans. The manager/owner then proceeded to insult, berate and humiliate me about my installation plans for something like 10 minutes. I would try to explain my reasoning and he would go off on another tirade. His reasoning didn't make sense, until I realized he assumed I had a gas range not an electric one, even though I had clearly said it was electric. It was obvious he wasn't listening to a thing I was saying. When I was finally able to point this out that I had an electric stove, he blubbered and then said well it still wouldn't work. I had to sign an agreement that the warranty was voided to remove my new appliance from the store. Refusing to buy the item would have cost me a heavy "restocking" fee.



When I later hired and told this story to a reputable contractor, he laughed, and said it was typical. He, and another subcontractor, said there would be no problem using the product the way I wanted. I have NEVER been treated in such a rude manner by a store employee. He at no time, tried to be helpful, answer any questions or listen to my comments. He also treated his new salesman in a very rude manner. The original salesman agreed with me but waited till his boss was gone to tell me. I would tell any female customer to stay away unless you want to be ignored, treated like an idiot and insulted in front of everyone by a bully!! I can't think of a single reason to return to this store. The owner was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!
