My opinion: Cheated. DO NOT do business with them. Changed price after checkout, sent the wrong item, then they have access to the employee section of the Bend OR post office so they picked up my return without having to sign for it and then claimed to not have it. Had to file a complaint with the OR Post Master and BBB. Too much trouble and real shady. Took a month to get my refund finally.
