      Offering experienced (since 1997), personal service, one on one in your home or in my office. FHA insured reverse mortgages for frame built or manufactured homes throughout Oregon and Washington. All loans processed in my office by the best and most experienced reverse mortgage processor in the business (who happens to be my wife!) The big banks farm out processing and add on additional requirements which are expensive and time consuming. They also lack the motivation to get the job done. We still have the fire and the desire to make your loan go quickly and easily, without the frustration the big banks inspire.
