The staff here are always helpful. My daughter was in town and wanted to buy some Chacos, and the nice sales lady must've taken out 20 different Chacos and Birkenstocks for her to try on, without losing patience. She found a pair, but after wearing them in the house, she decided she wanted a WIDE size, so she took them back the next day, and it was a very easy process. Again, everyone was really nice.
