We used this service every other week. The people in the office are very curteous but gave me no solutions to my problem. Their cleaning person wasn't doing his job and they kept giving me sorry excusses for the man. After about two months of trying to get them to fix the problem and still paying them for a service that wasn't done as often as we were paying for i decided to go with a new company. Overall I would have to say that I rate this company poor.
