I just want to say. Your spanish translators are very rude to patients and patients family. Your mission and vision statement say "High quality with dignity, compassion and cultural sensitivity."The rudeness is unnecessary. This happened to me and my aging 78 yr old mother. I can't imagine others being treated this way. It's hard enough not knowing language or finances to go to dr. But if you can trust the people who translating the information between doctor and patient. You don't want to return back and distrust that place with your health. I pray your translators learn your mission and vision statement soon.
