I want to thank all of you for your wonderful customer service, especially Kim. When I read the contract and saw you could take up to 6 months to schedule I almost had heart failure! But Kim got us in the schedule within 10 days and was quick to respond to my emails and calls. Not your typical customer service that I've become used to experiencing. It was A++! This experience with your company was excellent! Tom was an excellent educator and inspector. We were quite anxious about having this extensive work done but we were pleasantly surprised. The work crew, Walter, Eddie and 2 others were exceptional! They were industrious and polite. Finished the job in 2 days when I was told 3 and expected 5!!!! The noise was much less than we expected and they did everything to prevent dust from getting into our house. The clean up was perfect! The work looks fantastic. I am so happy to have chosen Aquaguard to do this waterproofing. I can't tell you how pleased and satisfied I am with everything.
