Don't risk it. Call someone else. They didn't show up. I made the appointment, I confirmed it the morning of the appointment, I waited... and waited. I called after the appointment time to see when I could expect a repair person and was assured one would be coming. And at the end of the day, I called to say that no one arrived. And no one returned my call. Nothing. I wasn't a jerk. I was kind, patient, just wanted my appliance fixed. They never came, never followed up. Waste of a day off.
