I believe that the water has never been tested. They more than likely do there test on there own faucet and never send it to wac. Bunch of and scammers. Water is ruining my toilet bowl, sinks and water heater. There's too much calcium and the water is brown and smells like sewer and smells like egg. Need tO report it to higher authorities. The water board will not listen because they get free water.

Why is water brown? Sometimes smells like sewage. When they flush it they flush it with bleach, this can't be good for us. I boil my water like they did in the old days.

How much do they charge to put my meter back in!!! I paid the bill three days ago by mail cuz they were closed for memorial day and I get home from work today and want a cold shower an lo and behold no water!!! They locked my meter! I have a quadriplegic father who was home but not even aknock on the door. These people don't get it I work Monday thru Friday 6 am to 430pm plus take care of my father do they work with people a little. Ugh!!!!

It would seem that they can most accurately shut your water off if you are a day late, but may not be able to get that turned back on until tomorrow because "We'll have to see if he is still in the area." It is so inconvenient that I have to go to the office to pay my bill. I pay everything else online, and the one time i forgot to go by the office, they shut off my water. Nice thing with 3 kids... not for lack of money, I just forgot... Sigh.... maybe now that we are annexed by the city we can come out of the dark ages and get online... thanks for hearing my rantings... a muchly valued customer of the Dog Ridge Water Supply... lol

WE RARELY RECEIVE A BILL AT ALL. FREQUENTLY HAVE TO CALL....IT FEELS LIKE THEY HAVE A SCAM GOING TO COLLECT A FIFTEEN DOLLAR LATE FEE. THE EMPLOYEES RUDENESS IS INEXCUSABLE. YOU CANNOT PAY IN ADVANCE....I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE SOLUTION IS!!!!!!! HELP

their employee are not freindly and they don't send our bill on time.i think they don't care about their customer ...wish i receive my billing statement from them before its due,because it seems every month i have to go there office to ask for my billing statement and they only say"we mailed your bills already ,its the post office problem not us".Is so irratating and frustrating to keep on chasing my billing statement from them .Hope the management of this company will find a way of fixing this kinna problem .Bills should be on time for the customer to pay...
