This store has no respect for the handicap at all. They will not let you take a electric wheelchair outside the store becauseof theft (they only go about 5 mph).i am hadicap now and i refuse to spend another pennie in that store until they get this staightened out.

Removing the plastic wrapping off of a game is actually a FEDERAL LAW and has nothing to do with Target. For copywrite issues you cannot remove the plastic off of any cd or dvd and return via THE LAW. You sound ignorant.

I would not shop here ever again.

I went to buy a game for someone in my family. When I went to look at all I bought after getting home, I noticed that she already had that game.

I took the plastic wrapping off of it, but kept the receipt and the security sticker is still on the bottom. I haven't even touched the game itself. I just had it long enough to take off the plastic and realize she already had the game.

Within the hour, I returned to the store and spoke with the customer service manager. He basically told me that although I had the receipt, was JUST there, and the security sticker was still on the game, that I was out of luck and that they wouldn't take it back. I asked about in-store credit and possibly switching it out for another game that was the same price, and they still said "no."

Later, I called in and spoke with a different manager and he told me the same thing. I just wanted my refund.
