Dr. Aaron changed my daughters contact lense renewal date by 1 year. I had asked for a copy and the date had been changed. I just found my original with Dr. Dyer's signature and it is good for two years (I still have another year). I am anticipating this will cause me problems when refilling her contact prescription since they probably changed it in the computer. I wondered why it was taking so long for the receptionist to get back with me on the date of her prescription expiration. It makes sense now! Not good.

I asked for a copy of my daughter's contact lense prescription so I could reorder somewhere else before it ran out. I got a copy from them. It was set to expire in a few days. Later, I found my original contact prescriptions for myself and my daughter and they were good for two years instead of one. When they printed my new copy they changed the expiration date to expire a full year and 1 day early. It was supposed to be good for 2 years. I hope I don't have a problem refilling her contact prescription using the original (signed by Dr. Dyer). I will not go there again. They were also very expensive, even with insurance.

I had an emergency and needed to be seen right away. I visited a place down the street that would not give me the time of day. I walked right into Dyer's and I saw a doctor immediately. They were all very nice and friendly. I will be back! Very professional. I would recommend to anyone.
