Workmanship left a lot to be desired. Cameras go out when a door is shut. Seems as if the ends of the wires were not clamped correctly so if you breath wrong the cameras flicker in and out. We have tried over and over to get the owner to correct the issues. We contacted him many times within the warranty period and were promised the issues would be corrected.The issues were not corrected and the owner failed to get back to us after promising to bring a new box, as the installer had crammed too many cables too close together. The box looks like a tangled web. The pictures on the cameras are mediocre at best and not the quality we were originally shown. I would not do business with this company again, nor would I recommend them. This system cost us upwards of 15K and we are very unsatisfied.
