Have used them on more than one occasion. They have always been courteous, friendly and reasonably priced. AND, were very honest about whether or not it was cost-effective to have the work done on my laptop or to look for a new one. He has actually fixed some of my mess-ups at no cost at all if I had a few days to wait for him to get to it. Great service, reasonable prices, pretty fast service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I took my computer Universal PC Services. My computer was moving slower with pop ups. He said he "cleaned it out" but it was still doing the same things. Jonathon said I needed to replace the hard drive. Gave him my computer again. When I picked it up he stated I didn't loose anything. When I got my computer back I had NOTHING of mine on my computer, aps, downloads, 700+ pictures etc. Took it back where he said I didn't ask for my stuff back. Who doesn't want their personal items back on their computer. What was he going to do with it? My computer was STILL having problems with pop ups of "Your server has terminated the connection" over and over again. I took it to another computer shop where it was discovered and shown to me the hard drive was dated 2007 but my computer was new in 2009. It was proven to have 38499 hours of use on the hard drive and the GB was half of what it was when I took it to Universal PC Services. I immediately went back to Universal PC with his used hard drive
