The new managment is ill equipped when it comes to taking care of things The office is now only open 6 hours a wk The maintenance guy doesn't always come when needed Thought my mother should go 1 1/2 days with no electricity to the refridg and microwave She was diabetic! I had to go flip the breaker for her Now that she has died I cant get them to return calls about paying the last months rent and giving the proper notice I dropped the check under the office door and still havent heard back These people are making an already difficult situation even more stressful My mother and other tenants have complained about the new Mgt but their words go unheard Do yourselves a favor and dont rent from them until they get better mgt to take care of things People who understand seniors.
