On May 17, 2008 Flying Pig opened its little green trailer in what was then known as the Hilander parking lot in Roscoe, IL selling our famous shaved ice. Weve moved away from the parking lot, but our commitment to delicious and innovative treats remains! We opened our seasonal brick and mortar location in Rockton, IL first, followed by our location open year round in downtown Beloit, WI. We still offer our famous shaved ice in over 85 flavors, but we are so much more! Check out our menu for details on all the wonderful treats we can make for you.
