i.e., A locPLEASE PASS THIS POST AND BOYCOTT FAMILY DOLLAR ON 4th STREET..I needed cleaning supplies so I decided to go to Family Dollar store in Beloit on 4th street (#00882) since it was close, which was a big mistake. The Assistant Manager (L) was on the phone with her manager complaining about an employee. I suggested to her that she should take the call elsewhere since she was finding fault with an employee, instead of bashing her in front of customers. I was then ridiculed by her and laughed at by her friend that was there. I will no longer shop at this store. I am ashamed to see that a company would hire management that would bash individuals in front of customers and treat customers in this manner. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The Assistant Manager was being loud on the phone and every customer could hear her complaints about the employee. Family dollar needs to inform management about confidentiality.al favorite, or highly recommended because
